Here is the brand new album from Astral Waves, aka DJ Zen.

Altar Records offers you a trip to the land of the Thousand and One Nights with "La Danse de la Lune" (Moon Dance).
This album is natural, organic with a lot of instrumentation. Almost all of the instruments were recorded in the studio between 2015 and 2020, specifically to create the unique and groovy vibe of this album.
You may recognize some song names here, already released in compilations. They have been completely reworked here.

The work on this album was considerable: it took 5 years to achieve it in order to be satisfied with the results...It played in Astral Waves live sets at outdoor festivals in Canada and Europe and received many positive feedback. Gaudi really liked "Lullaby for the Godchild" at Samsara 2018.

All the thanks go to the fabulous artists who put their hands in the dough: Project Æolia on the flute, DJ Parhladji aka Patrick Bernard and Lydia on vocals, Rachel on the flute on track # 5, Elea for the vocals and instruments in the remixes as well as Sufi's Life and Merlin also for their composition work. A big thanks to Amani Friend from Desert Dwellers for his trust and patience as well as Louis from Suduaya for his amazing guitar play on track # 5.

Voici le tout nouveau album d'Astral Waves, aka DJ Zen.

Altar Records vous propose un voyage au pays des Mille et une Nuits avec "La Danse de la Lune".
Cet album se veut très organique avec beaucoup d'instrumentation. Presque toute les instruments ont été enregistrés en studio, entre 2015 et 2020, spécifiquement pour créer la vibe unique et 'groovy'de cet album.
Même si certain morceaux sont deja parus dans leur première versions, nous avons ici un réel travail d'orfèvrerie afin de construire une nouvelle histoire qui va tenir tout le long de l'album pour un maximum de plaisir auditif et imaginatif.
Le travail sur cet album a été considérable: il a fallu 5 ans pour le peaufiner afin d’être satisfait du résultat a ce jour...Cet album a bien joué dans les live set d'Astral Waves au Canada et en Europe. Gaudi avait beaucoup apprécié "Lullaby for the Godchild" a Samsara Festival 2018.
Tout les remerciements vont aux fabuleux artistes qui ont mis leurs mains a la pâte: Projet Æolia a la flûte, Patrick Bernard et Lydia aux voix, Rachel a la flûte sur piste #5, Elea pour les voix et instruments dans les remixes ainsi que Sufi's Life et Merlin aussi pour leur travail de composition. Un grand Merci a Amani Friend de Desert Dwellers pour sa confiance et patience ainsi qu'a Louis de Suduaya pour son incroyable jeu de guitare sur la track #5.
Cet album a pour surnom "L'album Vert".
